We strive to answer your questions within 48h (Working days).
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you can return them for a refund.
To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
1.Please Contact us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2.Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, have the original tags/packaging attached. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.You will pay for return shipping. For quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Note: You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem/order/ SKU number. Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.
1.What items can't be returned?
For sanitary reasons, bags, swimming rings and towels are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
2. Can I return an item purchased with a coupon?
Please note that purchases made with coupons cannot be returned or exchanged. If you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. If you need more help, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team.

Awesome! Once you've sent out your return package, please provide the proof of shipment and tracking number to us. Once we receive your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.
We will do a refund once we've received the item you've returned.
The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
There might be a little bit of delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it twice a week. Any questions please contact us at email@example.com, we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a partial cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
